3.3 Cancellations and rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Warranty
- Honest Appliance Repair provides 30 days on parts and labour for the same issue, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised tampering with the appliance.
- The warranty does not cover pre-existing issues unrelated to the repair performed.
- Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.
