Each of these has its own page covering the faults we see most on that brand and what parts availability actually looks like.
Premium and built-in
We service Sub-Zero, Thermador, Miele, Blomberg as well. These jobs are different in kind rather than degree: cabinet panels have to come off, professional ranges need two people, and parts access varies enormously by model and age. That last point matters — for some premium units a component simply isn't obtainable any more, and we'd rather establish that on the diagnostic visit than after you've paid for a full callout.

Brands we don't have a page for yet
Amana, Inglis, Danby, Electrolux, Fisher & Paykel, Haier, Hotpoint, Jenn-Air, Panasonic, Roper and Speed Queen all come through regularly too. The absence of a page here doesn't mean we don't repair it — just call and ask.
Where to find your model number
It's the single most useful thing you can give us on the phone. Look for a sticker or metal plate:
- Fridge — inside, on the wall behind the crisper drawer
- Washer — under the lid, or around the door opening
- Dryer — inside the door, or on the back panel
- Dishwasher — on the edge of the door, visible when it's open
- Oven or range — around the door frame, or on a drawer wall
